Program Director responsible for coordination and management of ten program sites. Primary areas of responsibility include personnel management and program coordination. Ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated and monitored to the highest degree possible. Troy is responsible for ensuring coordination and management of the overall household operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the homes. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the following services including, but not limited to, program implementation and continuity, individual community involvement/integration, health/nutrition, family involvement, individual finances and educational/vocational programs. Troy also acts as a primary role model for staff, providing supervision, structure, guidance, feedback and training.

Platoon Sergeant for a 43 man section with the mission to deploy to a tactical environment worldwide within 18 hours. Responsible for maintenance, accountability, and effective employment of all individual assigned weapons, night vision devices, communications equipment, and individual equipment in excess of $14 million. Professionally develops and counsels all Non-commissioned Officers within the Platoon. Ensures health and welfare of assigned individuals and their families. Maintains 175 personnel records ensuring compliance with regulations and standards are met.

Squad Leader of a nine man section. Responsible for the health, welfare, morale, discipline, and training in both garrison and during combat operations. Responsible for the individual and collective training of his section that supports light infantry, Ranger, and Special Operations missions. Responsible for the accountability, serviceability, and maintenance of all assigned equipment valued in excess of $350,000. Ensures his Squad is prepared to deploy to a combat theater worldwide in 18 hours with a 100% readiness rate. Responsible for the technical and tactical growth, guidance, and professional development of his subordinates.

Team leader of 4 man sections responsible for the health, welfare, morale, discipline, and training in both garrison and during combat operations. Responsible for the individual and collective training of his team that supports light infantry, Ranger, and Special Operations missions. Responsible for the accountability, serviceability, and maintenance of all assigned equipment valued in excess of $100,000. Ensures his team is prepared to deploy to a combat theater worldwide in 18 hours with 100% readiness rate. Conducts explosive or mechanical breaching on targeted compounds while deployed to combat.

Troy enlisted in the United States Army in September of 2008 and completed all training to become a member of the United States Army's Elite 75th Ranger Regiment. Troy served in a variety of positions such as Anti-Tank Gustav Gunner, Gun Team Leader, and Grenadier prior to becoming a Fire Team Leader in 2012.

Managed Intermediate Care Facility for persons with intellectual disabilities; worked with a team of three to meet the needs and service plans of each resident. Assisted residents with daily tasks to incorporate social, spiritual, recreational and family participation as part of normal daily living, improving their daily function and quality of life. Documented and maintained records of each individual’s care, and communicated as necessary with senior leadership about any issues or discrepancies encountered.
