I am currently the Operations Manager for Bison Thunder Motorcycle in Saint Paul and Saint Michael MN. I recently made the transition from automotive management to management in the powersports industry and have had immediate success. Having trained and worked in the strict structure of the automotive world, and from great mentorship in that business, I transitioned to powersports exceptionally well. I have been a strong leader since my start in this business. I was able to immediately double previous years monthly sales, and set store records month after month. Doing so by implementing a strong road to the sale process and training strong closing techniques. I believe in tight process and procedure in every dept. Transitioning our Saint Michael location to number 1 in the country for Indian Motorcycle most months and #1 out of 42 dealers in our region every month since coming on board. All in a state where you can only ride a motorcycle half of the year. Training the existing team and adding on new team members to meet the increased sales demand. All while online reputations soared. My team prides itself on delivering the best buying experience possible!I was given the opportunity to Manage two locations. I am proud to say, we have set store records in sales, service and parts every month since. Now more than doubling Saint Michael's previous records in all departments. We have had similar success immediately in our Saint Paul location as we were able to train our new staff to our existing processes and procedures. I am happy to report we now have two top 10 nationally, Indian Motorcycle dealerships. I believe in a very simple approach to managing, Lead by Example. This approach has afforded me huge success in my short career in powersports. I have extensive experience in sales management, Operations Management and marketing. I have led teams to success using proven techniques, as well as looking outside the box to improve performance.
