I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and studied Engineering Technology with an emphasis in CAD/CAM at Southern Utah University in Cedar City. My hobbies include working out, video games, and any activity outdoors. My main study in college was learning how to use a variety of CAD programs for different tasks. I have used AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and create an electric guitar and I have also used Revit to create plans for a custom home being built. The programs I have used include: AutoCad, Civil3D, Revit, Inventor, SolidWorks, MasterCam, Catia, and NavisWorks. I wanted to learn as many different programs as possible to be ready for any task I am given, having used many different programs has helped me improve my thought process and problem solving skills.I have also become familiar with BIM and BIM strategies for the workplace especially within construction. BIM can be very useful for teamwork and projects and help speed up the process of otherwise lengthy tasks. I am able to communicate my thoughts and feelings very well with a group and can also be a leader if the opportunity arises. Being able to effectively and efficiency communicate with people is something I have been working on the last couple of years because I feel it is one of the most important and overlooked aspects in the workplace.If you are looking or someone that can work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with his peers than we might be able to help each other out. I have graduated college in spring of 2023 and look forward to advancing my career in the drafting industry.
