Produce fixture/cabinet information/drawings and specifications within budget and critical time frames for a broad range of retail clients for customer approval and manufacturing primarily using Autodesk Inventor. Apply extensive experience to mentor project engineers and department members in established and improved standards towards meeting deadlines. Implement value engineering efforts to increase efficiencies for customer and manufacturing budgets. Work closely with Product Development, Project Management and Production to obtain/create information for customer programs for efficient fabrication and required level of project/product quality meeting and improving budgets. Work with other idX divisions collaborating efforts for shared and division exclusive projects.

Used Autocad and assisted in developing processes/standards towards the implementation of Autodesk Inventor for company standards for Seattle and other divisions. Worked on various projects requiring AWI certification.

Responsible for creating casework drawings using Autocad, bill of materials and routing using AMAPS erp system for special/custom wood office furniture based on established stock product lines. Provided support for new product lines introductions, ISO and cross-plant manufacturing capacities. On team for 1 year project (1993 to 1994) that transferred legacy product/production data into AMAPS erp system

Responsible for projects for office furniture panel system from creating layout using standard established Autocad blocks with sales and production information, material purchase and coordination of order entry with sales. Assisted in development of new and enhancement to existing product lines. Created engineering drawings for special products per customer requirements based on stock product lines. Extensive drafting/board work transitioning into CAD.
