Oversee all operations for large hhg and product transportation company.Responsible for: safety, fleet maintence and management, quality, recruiting and retention, productivity, training and develolment, process improvement and development, payroll reconcilation, DOT compliance, local-regional-and long distance drivers, assembly personnel , operations staff, warehouse employees , and local labor. This consists of approximately 150 company employees and contractor's.

Current Responsibilities:Manage workload distribution and approximately **60 drivers Plan all business lines (HHG, spec commodities, electronics, tradeshow, tour, special products) Maximize Hauling and Plan accordinglyManage customer relationships and expectations**internal and external**Analyze processes to; increase efficiencies *This is accomplished by; creating cross functional teams, creating new networking processes, creative planning techniques, relationship building, training and education.Forecast demand, resource needs, and revenue through historical and market information/dataIdentify trends and recommend solutions (focus on; purchasing behavior, market demand, recruiting trends and solutions, employee/driver retention and training)Cross-functional team member connecting: Operations, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources, and Customer ServiceMotivate team(s), drivers, and crews through training, education and creative programsIdentify areas of risk in resource planning and mitigate impact through communication and system networking
