Supported 5,700 servers by efficiently leading a team of 16 engineers based around the globe. Defined responsibilities, developed a training plan, and oversaw on an ongoing basis the outsourcing of seven US based positions to India. Demonstrated the need for emergency patch rollouts to the Technology and Business groups, and then executed multiple emergency patch rollouts to 3,000 to 4,000 Windows servers.

Led a team that included System Engineers, full time employees, independent contractors, and interns. Advocated the use of VMWare testing in development environments, resulting in Findlaw and TTA virtualizing much of their environments and conserving data center infrastructure. Actively participated in planning the RIA and Fast Tax migrations from Texas to Minnesota. This migration included over 1,200 systems and was completed over a five day period. Continued to lead 20 System Engineers through the process.
