Responsible for all billing to cash activities across Thomson Reuters Group in Asia Pacific as well as building an effective operational center in Manila, within this role I was responsible for 107FTE, annual revenues $2.9bn. Consolidating English language collections to a single site over the first year and doubling the number of staff whilst keeping attrition >3% and delivering world class DSO performance of 27 days.

Responsible for Billing to Cash teams in 11 countries, with operational activities spanning 47 countries in the Asia Pacific region with revenue responsibility of $1.5bn and 51 FTE.Responsible for staff development and support of best in class collections tools, reporting and deep insight to build operational results. Accountable for SOX compliance, export & trade control, anti money laundering and compliance to regional tax obligations surrounding withholding taxes and governing deal management through close partnership with tax colleagues.

Responsible for collection activities in the UK, managing a team of 10 collectors and $500m pa.Delivery of a global collection process through partnership with our strategic customers defining clear strategies and focus on accountability delivering a step change in performance outcome.Governance and delivery of an enhanced reporting suite to provide greater insights to enhance the impact and change of approach needed to collections based on customer payment behavior.

Lead the integration of multiple governance & compliance businesses for bill to cash activities into the Finance & Risk Division and deliver a step change in both the customer experience & cash flow performance within first year.Influencing stakeholders to adopt global best practices, training of 200+ staff globally & ongoing central leadership across all touch points, resulting in improved order to cash activities and the customer experience solving historical customer retention problems.Delivering a 16 day DSO improvement a 15% increase in cash-flow while reducing revenue reserve exposure by 75% (10m USD).

Responsible for recovery of $160m pa, managing a team of 6 collections specialists.Roll out change management activities based on staff location strategy changesSupported major overhaul for billing to cash operational teams moving from multiple systems to SAP.
