Throughout 25 years of industry experience in senior management roles for leading security organisations, I have taken an approach that if a customer trusts me to do something for them, I am going to do it right. My name is Will Daly and I am the General Manager of LGC Traffic Management,My approach to customer service has delivered incredible results. In 15 years of service for Wilson Security, I’ve made a significant contribution to GROWTH and CUSTOMER RETENTION in the region. As a visionary industry leader, I don’t see myself as a textbook entrepreneur but I do take risks to get the desired pay-off.When I became General Manager for Western Australia in 2004, there were circa 30 direct employees. Today, I head up a metropolitan and regional business numbering more than 1,100, having helped build the WA business to what it is. We’ve grown from a $2 million business to one with $90 million turnover and are the first port of call when it comes to security services.With responsibility for all major accounts, I am hands-on and intimately know every customer we have. I treat them as if each one is our only customer because I strongly believe that if you don’t look after them, someone else will.I also place consistent emphasis on CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT evidenced by my ability to maintain profitable business models across various sectors.
