• Led and directed all aspects of Karuna’s Benin programming (program design, funder liaison, MEL oversight, budget management, and team coordination.) and co-managed Nigeria programing, reporting directly to the Executive Director.• Implemented MEL activities including designing data collection tools, developing and delivering training programs in French, conducting data analysis, and reporting to key stakeholders.• Coordinated consultants and CBO partners across two languages (French/English) and three countries (US, Benin, Nigeria) to execute project activities efficiently.• Played a key role in four major grant proposals to both US Government and independent organizations, managing tasks and ensuring compliance with MEL, financial, and submission requirements. • Lead research for a Teacher Value-Added study in Sierra Leone to evaluate teacher performance and better understand what teacher practices correlate with student learning outcomes across the Rising Academy Network of schools.• Continue to support the design, development, and roll-out of “Rising U”, the organization’s in-house professional development program.• Work with senior staff to develop Rising’s first student alumni network, for graduating grade-school students within the school network to stay connected to each other, the organization, and outside opportunities.• Oversee RAN’s bi-annual staff survey, including questionnaire design and administration, data collection, analysis, and presentation of the results to senior staff.

• Researched and cataloged eighty active USAID and Korean International Cooperation Agency(KOICA) projects in select Southeast Asian countries.• Completed wide-ranging research tasks on an ad hoc basis, including international development collaboration typologies, media mentions of the Sustainable Development Goals, and more. • Research was used for George Ingram's report, "Development in Southeast Asia: Opportunities for donor collaboration"• Completed administrative tasks including logistics for Senior Fellows’ domestic and international travel, lodging, scheduling, and preparation for high-level roundtable meetings and events.

Conducted research for Dr. Madison Powers’ upcoming book, "Beyond Business As Usual: The Narrow Pathway to a Just and Sustainable Future." Research included finding, analyzing, and summarizing relevant sources, gathering data on global economic trends, and exploring how market forces can drive environmental crises as well as social injustices.

Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment is a cross-sector program priority of Peace Corps Benin. • Oversaw all of Peace Corps Benin's annual GenEq and youth development programs• Reviewed, provided comprehensive feedback for, and facilitated the processing of over 100 Volunteer project proposals and grant applications• Prepared, facilitated, and co-facilitated multiple training sessions, including gender and development, project design and management, grant writing, education, youth development, and sustainable development• Modified Peace Corps Benin’s Youth Program Policy to strengthen GenEq and Youth Development programs by increasing institutional memory and program sustainability. This included implementing mandatory training workshops for all local counterparts participating in national youth events, standardizing closing reports for program directors, actively integrating core GenEq programs into preexisting community structures and NGOs, reinforcing Volunteers’ role as liaisons and capacity-builders, increasing the number of program beneficiaries, and implementing mandatory student-led community service projects after students attend national youth events. • Encouraged and assisted all Volunteers in incorporating and undertaking GenEq projects by serving as an active resource, helping Volunteers design projects, sharing relevant documents and information, and presenting at projects as requested.

Served as the English Department Head and English Teacher at the Ouèssè 3 Public Secondary School • Conducted weekly two-hour department meetings on various issues including pedagogy, gender issues, and classroom management. Additionally, responsible for writing and editing all English exams, in addition to helping proctor exams. • Teacher of English as a Foreign Language for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. Taught three English classes per year with fifty to seventy students per class in a poor, rural public school. • Co-taught two classes with local teachers four times per week. Planned and presented lessons using the Competency-Based Approach. • Actively worked with staff and school administration on gender-related issues, such as combatting gender-based violence, integrating gender equitable teaching practices into the classroom, children’s rights, positive discipline techniques, and more.• Conducted a weekly afterschool Girls and Boys English club in collaboration with a counterpart.
