As Regional Sales Manager for Sara Lee Foods, I represented brands within the SL Meat Group including: Ball Park Hot Dogs, Hillshire Farms (Luncmeat, Smoked Sausage & Hams,) Jimmy Dean Sausage & Frozen Breakfast, State Fair Corn Dogs, Bryan Foods (Lunchmeat, Hot Dogs, Smoked Sausage, Corn Dogs and Hams,) and Sara Lee Deli Meats/Condiments. In addition, I worked closely with our Sara Lee Bread Group coordinating promotions and marketing events with both SL Meats & Bread items. Over 11 yrs. with Sara Lee, I managed our brands at both corporate retail store level while training and updating our brokers on new product distrubution and marketing/advertising events. Product forecast accuracy, promotional planning, reduced spending and overall analysis of those strategies were key to our success.
