I am a geek. There, I said it. I am proud of it and also a big kid that will never grow up. I still read comics, watch cartoons, read fantasy, and have a huge love of heroes of all kinds. As a kid, I would tie a blanket to my back and jump off my playhouse only to discover that alas, I did not have any super powers. Now as a grown up kid I believe that we are all heroes, and even though we may not have laser vision we all have a unique power inside us that we can use to be a hero to our family, friends and those around us. Most importantly, we can be a hero to ourselves and not wait around waiting for a superhero to save us. I have a strong desire for people to be empowered to embrace the hero they were meant to be in wealth, health, family and spiritually. When I am not running around with a blanket as a cape or reading comics, I am usually up to trying or challenging myself to something new. I love good food, gardening, water sports, building furniture or any other fantastic idea that gets into my head, and most importantly, spending time with family.I love to learn new things and meet interesting people.
