After several years of global service as a mindfulness-based business and executive coach, I have returned to my roots in natural health and wellness, yoga, spirituality, and healing. I incorporate various modalities to support individuals and groups as they "get present, grow deeper, reach higher, and move forward." As an aspect of my personal and professional evolution, I am currently a student at an alternative seminary school, one that embraces all forms of spiritual practice and bridges western therapy with esoteric healing modalities. Upon completion, I will be an ordained minister and a psychospiritual counselor (https://www.helixhealingcollective.com).In addition to my work with institutes and other organizations, I operate a private practice (Wisdom Warrior Coaching [https://www.wisdomwarriorcoaching.com]) and teach "heart and soul-based" classes, workshops, trainings & retreats while offering ongoing "mindfulness mentoring" to those thinking outside the box, who aspire to live in greater alignment, integrity and authenticity, and who are committed to greater personal and collective freedom.
