I am a highly regarded and internationally chartered corporate governance professional currently seeking non-executive director board roles in Australia. My strategic role supports and promotes entrepreneurial leadership, ethical, transparent and sustainable value creation, long-term development, governance, risk and compliance oversight. My extensive skill set, and industry wide experience is supported by the recommendations and endorsements I have received.I have worked extensively for over twenty years assisting Australian and international companies, ASX and TSX listed companies, private companies, national membership associations, indigenous boards, and not for profit companies, in a variety of roles including: chair, non-executive director, executive director, board committee member, chief financial officer, company secretary, corporate governance consultant and management consultant. My strategic value and exemplary interpersonal skills are demonstrated by the important roles I have held over many years as: an accredited Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and Governance Institute of Australia; and as a past member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA) and the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia). I am a past chair Western Australia State Council at Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) and have taught postgraduate and certificated courses in corporate governance throughout Western Australia. GIA is the only Australian provider of chartered governance accreditation and is a division of The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI). I have also facilitated corporate governance courses in Malaysia and am a past vice president at Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Perth Chapter, Western Australia. I was chosen as one of ten distinguished alumni to represent UniSA Business School (University of South Australia) during its most recent international EQUIS re-accreditation, and whilst a member of the UniSA Business Career Mentor Program I mentored students at Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree level. The University of South Australia and University of Adelaide are merging to form a new exciting entity: Adelaide University with full commencement of operations on 1 January 2026.I am the recipient of Australian national awards in management, business development, training and academic achievement.
