My personal experience entails: bought & sold properties, general contracted a new construction house, remodeled & flipped houses, manage my own rental properties, and will be always in the market to look, but necessarily to buy. Real Estate has been a significant part in my immediate Family for the past 35 years. My father is a HomeBuilder and Developer. Originally from Iowa, I have brought my midwest work ethic, family values, investment expertise, and award winning service to the Front Range. My career is balanced by a handful of activities and humanitarian efforts. I'm an avid outdoorsman. Landscape photography, snow skiing, snow shoeing, golfing, camping, hiking, and relaxing(!) keep my mind focused and determined. Sustainable development and philanthropy are my life passions.
