- Manage a portfolio of 3 largest media agencies in Vietnam, drive quarterly revenue and product adoption targets- Establish relationships with C-levels & A/B-levels in agencies to push adoption of key product metric and annual deal tracking and attainment- Drive adoptions of new beta products and build externally shareable case studies with agencies- Develop and execute agency training programs with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regional Product Specialist, Sales) for managed agencies and overall Vietnam agency ecosystems to increase product knowledge confidence and perception on Google being the valuable upskilling partner- Analyze trends and data from internal and external sources to develop insightful sales collateral and packages to extract new revenue streams- Act as Google ad product expert for agency practitioners, present monthly product updates, and troubleshoot account issues for product optimization, beta implementation, ads policy and billing- Responsible for writing monthly external agency newsletters

- Worked with Client Partner on media planning and post-campaign reporting for Food and Oral brands of Unilever- Planned media plans across different digital channels for Unilever’s campaigns- Delivered regular campaign reports and reviews for Unilever brand teams to ensure that campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies (YouTube, DV360, The Trade Desk, Facebook Ads)- Responsible for trends and data analysis for campaign proposals
