Trudi’s career started in retail where she progressed from a Graduate Management Trainee to Senior Manager at Marks and Spencer responsible for managing major change projects. She went on to hold a Board level position at another major retail brand. In 1993 Trudi joined Martyn Dawes in creating drc (Dawes Ryan Consulting) a change management consultancy. The business went on to become one of the leading practices in the UK working with many entrepreneurial, large and blue chip organisations (in the UK, US & Asia) to achieve real and lasting improvements in individual and business performance.
