Created plant level Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) models for Kitchen & Bath (K&B) products to support EPD creation, capital project identification & justification, and New Product Development (NPD). Was part of the small team that designed and created the Design for Environment (DfE) program within K&B and helped socialize & embed life cycle thinking within the NPD process. Created an excel tool that allowed NPD teams to understand and communicated the sustainability position of their products. Helped create DfE metrics/key results and created required reports to support those metrics and the overall sustainability goals.

Involved with capital projects from concept to completion in order to provide engineering support for Cast Iron and Stainless Steel divisions regarding New Product Development and manufacturing. Also created tooling for Cast Iron process to support New Product Development.

Ensure production targets were met while reducing defects and improving process efficiency.

Responsible for driving continuous improvement in the Pressure Casting process and taking the necessary steps to reduce process related defects.

In the role of Damage Control Assistant (DCA), lead department to ensure all damage control equipment on board was operational and all personnel were properly trained to all damage control procedures. Also responsible for coordinating all damage control activities in event the ship received damage. As a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), stood watches as the Officer of the Deck (OOD) on the bridge and was responsible for the safe navigation of the ship during all types of evolutions.
