Leading implementation of system and process changes to meet Dutch Central Bank regulation to comply with Ultimate Beneficial owner requirements of dealer/partners and customers that DLL conducts business with. In parallel, also leading Portfolio management initiatives aimed to reduce delinquency and increase efficiency and cost effectiveness from booking through collections and recovery.Led implementation of new Dutch Central Bank regulatory standard for CAMS across US and Canada to enhance Customer Due Diligence, Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing and Sanctions policies and standards. Manage DLL's Phoenix Back Office Program that will deliver the Oracle R11 to Oracle R12 platform upgrade and associated applications to support and enable DLL Wayne's contract management processes including accounting, financial operations, back office operations, customer service, collections and asset management. Program utilizes Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) framework and agile approach to deliver a solution that will enable DLL's ability to support its customers, partners and members.

Lead implementation of EPS+ or Enhanced Prudential Standards (EPS are new regulations for Bank Holding Companies and Foreign Banking Organizations as a result of Dodd-Frank act passed in 2010) program at DLL managing all of its workstreams, program execution, change management, communications, status reporting to executive management and the timely delivery and successful completion of all the program deliverables and milestones by July 2016.
