Spearhead the upgrade of databases from 11.1.0.7 to 12.1.0.2. Proactively monitor databases using Precise and DBArtisan. Actively attend to service calls and provide root cause analysis for them. Researched moving Oracle databases to the cloud. Amazon and Oracle were both considered. Documented Oracle 12c features for the DBA team.
