I served as the Chief Operating Officer of the nation's fastest-growing natural frozen snack and appetizer brand, distributing nationally to all major retailers.Other responsibilities of mine were establishing strategic direction for all operations, manufacturing, and innovation functions. It's worth mentioning that I guided the company through numerous challenges, eventually resulting in a period of continuous, rapid development with annual revenue of $33M and a 98% CAGR between 2016-2020. Also, I oversaw all financial aspects of the business, including P&L, balance sheet, CAPEX planning, and fundraising. It was me who built and expanded a network of manufacturing partners both domestically and internationally. Moreover, I created and directed installation of remarkably efficient production lines within co-man facilities.
