  Regional Brand Manager – I am responsible for the development and implementation of the customer specific business plans and achieving customer revenue targets. My main aim is to maintain and develop sales in my region. As a targeted sales role, emphasis is placed on luxury, service and quality for all customers. My role focuses heavily on customer visits, product support, technical training sessions and offering solutions to the high end demographic that our products attract. It is essential to maintain good, professional and efficient working relationships. I have to develop an extensive contact strategy that includes, buyer, controller, merchandising, marketing, store operations and supply chain. Listening/understanding customer needs, resolving customer complaints/queries and building strong partnerships to achieve long-term business. It is essential to effectively manage and monitor the sales performance of all customers within the territory on a weekly, monthly and annual basis in order to achieve territory goals. My role involves effective territory planning and preparation in the way of journey plans to capitalise on the business growth opportunities across all categories, channels and customer segments. Since starting with the company, I have grown the annual turnover from £70k to £400k in two territories, (South and North of England).
