• Documents preparation for acquiring Company establishment certificate, Investment certificate and others,• Personnel management (recruiting new employees, training and salary related work), employee working shifts adjustment, problem solving and maintaining good human relations between staffs,• Monthly sales report, customer complaints and responses report, Takashimaya’s administrators’ comments report etc.• Customer response, product introduction / explanation, answering questions, sales / after-sales service, complaint response,• Product stocking and outflow management,• Assisting Director when on business trip in Vietnam.
