The Office of Communications and Marketing provides assistance for all OSU Agriculture communications, including news, feature stories, websites, social media, branding, campaigns, publications, photography, television shows and videos. We also serve as OSU Agriculture’s official media connection.

• Assess HR operational policies and procedures in order toensure efficiency and seamless delivery of services across the organization.• Identify optimal solutions to meet the needs of HR functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs.• Execute ad hoc requests and assist with special projects and other initiatives based on business needs and strategic priorities.• Partner with HR leadership and Talent Management team to support and drive initiatives related to the new hire experience, learning and development, and DE&I.• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various topics.• Conduct audits of various HR processes to ensure compliance.

Effectively coordinate and implement the execution of corporate communications programs and projects including publications, websites, media relations, corporate reports and communications evaluation.
