Project : Digital Configuration Management - To develop a system that delivers all key engineering deliverables for control valves from ITO input. > Key Engineering Deliverables - Bill of materials, General Arrangement Drawing, Engineer-to-Order (ETO) . > Bill Of Materials generation based on the order details of valves. It is completely automated in Excel. > Automatic generation of General Arrangement Drawing for the given order. It has been done by controlling SolidWorks using Excel VBA. > Automated the GAD Modelling and Drawing changes for Engineer-To-Order(ETO) problems using SolidWorks DriveWorksxpress. > Automated the GAD Modelling and Drawing changes for Engineer-To-Order(ETO) problems using SolidWorks API. It is completely automated from Excel.

Project : To verify and modify Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) of an assembly line based on the corrective actions taken for customer issues and First Test(FT-OK)-OK issues. > Reviewed the PFMEA of TCL-2 and TCL-3 Plant. > Actions has been implemented for Before In Service (BIS) issues and First Test-OK issues using various lean tools.Areas of Exposure:1. Assembly, Testing and Painting of small and mid range engines.2. Failure Mode Effect Analysis.3.Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).
