• support, organization and maintenance of various areas of personneladministration (hiring, dismissal, transfers, vacations, sick leaves) locally andremotely in several areas of Ukraine;• preparation and transfer of internal reporting to the accounting department,maintaining personal files of employees in the internal systems of the company;• conducting pieces of training to cover business needs for areas of personneladministration and the sphere of restaurant directions (HoReCa) as an internaltrainer of the network;• recruitment of personnel vertically at filling stations (searching for candidates,maintaining CV databases, conducting initial interviews and organizing meetingsof candidates with heads of departments);• organization and participation in corporate events.

• management of the full cycle of recruiting telephone services specialists(selection of resumes/conducting telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews);• control of the closing of vacancies on time, according to established plansprovision of personnel, and the creation of a personnel reserve;• taking part in a mentoring system aimed at training/retraining of operators(practical study skills of working with clients, consolidation of knowledge aboutthe company's products and transfer of experience in telephone sales);• launch of outsourcing projects for customer service and salestelecommunication services (Cherkasy, Chernihiv) and further training forbeginners.
