Co-developed agenda which trained the students on leadership and empowerment, HIV/AIDS prevention, and sexual assault, rape, and consent awareness.• Managed patient shelters and assisted Operation Smile Team with ensuring timely transportation and pre- and post-operation care for 200+ successful cleft lip or cleft palate surgeries, for 3 missions. Provided timely updates to doctors and advocated for patient needs.• Coordinated, fundraised, approved for a grant, budgeted, and executed a camp called Girls Leading Our World/Boys Respecting Others (GLOW/BRO) for 28 students from the Upper West Region of Ghana.
