I get great enjoyment from helping others improve themselves and seeing them progress in their careers.After many years in leadership, I believe it is vital for teams to always look for ways to improve on how things are done. Working smarter is something I believe in and I lead with that mindset. If you can improve processes and get a job done in 40 hours from what used to take 45 hours, that helps the organization and the employees.
