C2C Analyst
Current- Taking financial responsibility for entities across the UK and Ireland including setup and managing relationships.
- Consolidating aged debt and aging customer queries backlog created by the pandemic.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external companies to ensure a smooth B2B / B2C sales process; sending missing invoices, raising credits and disputing claims made.
- Investigating all price and quantity discrepancies with customers, identifying the cause and creating long term solution to avoid recurring issues.
- Maintaining third party customer relationships ensuring awareness of promotional deals as well as refunding costs of participation in a timely manner.
- Adapting to continuous changes as the company goes through internal restructuring in management and processes.
