HR administrator and liaison with HR Business Partners in all employee-related matters for the Chief Economist’s team in the Head Office function.Work in partnership with Chief Economist on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management; performing the HR administration function for the team.On-boarding of new starters, facilitating induction, training and development. Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure an effective process is carried out for study agreements, promotions, and salary increases. Ensuring that all employee records are maintained and internal colleagues and departments including payroll and HR database, remain up to date and are legally compliant.Supporting the HRBP during corporate restructures.Key support to the Chief Economist of the Group, I am personally accountable for the provision of complex diary management and proactive management of executive daily schedules. Deploying excellent problem solving skills and using initiative to anticipate potential problems with forthcoming arrangements. Taking a lead role as spokesperson for the Chief Economist Office. Liaising with the Group Finance team, Board level directors and executives, the senior management team and external clients.
