* 18 years experienced in Piping Engineering* Knowledge of Onshore/Offshore stress analysis experience, Materials, Layout , Construction, Procurement & field engineering activities.* Offshore FLNG/FPSO and Fixed platform experience.* Operating company PMC Role experience.• In-depth knowledge of Modular conceptual design of offshore and onshore LNG projects with offshore requirements.* Well versed with Pipe support design.* Knowledge of codes ASME B31.3, API-610, API-650, API-520, NEMA SM-23, API-617 & API-618, NORSOK Standard L-002. * Software Known : Caesar-II, Aveva PDMS, Aveva Review, SM3D, Smart Plant Review, Navis Works. Conduct design review meetings for new implementations, with inter-departments, HSSE , construction, integrity, maintenance and plant operations team as per MOC requirements. Conduct constructability meetings to have optimized design solutions.  Review and Approval of piping deliverables, checking calculations and dossiers submitted by engineering contractors.  Technical bid evaluation for procurement related activities of all piping components, valves, springs, rigid struts, cryogenic supports, expansion joints, speciality items and all mechanical piping components. Preparing enquiry/purchase requisitions of all piping items. Reviewing vendor documents and conducting technical meetings with vendors as required. Vibration study of brownfield systems.  Conducting root cause analysis meetings and detail study on the causes of failures and occurrences identified at plant.  Close monitoring of project progress chart and reporting of work flow enhancements with department head.• Preparing enquiry/purchase requisitions for procurement activities.• Reviewing vendor drawings and conducting meetings with vendor for procurement and technical evaluation.• vendor document approval to assure the compliance with the design and technical requirements. • Construction coordination for site activates and Providing optimum re design solutions for the brownfield jobs.
