Program is $166MM in total with $6MM in FEL and execution of $3MM in Interim solutions. • Future Phase Early FEL: developed and evaluated multiple concepts including a new expansion at the Surmont development with a 4th train. Lead a multi-function/discipline team that had the responsibility of managing engineering contractors conducting studies.
