- Manages the supply chain oversight and operations teams to fully understand the expectation required for effective procurement and supplier management.
- Lead the economic and administrative audit and compliance functions
- Provide debriefing and complete knowledge transfer to Contract COE of all required engagement details, including comprehensive statements of work, to ensure successful and timely contract development and execution
- Communicate with key stakeholders to identify project risks, opportunities, and resourcing needs
- Partner with third party suppliers, vendors, or consultants to integrate their resources (e.g., people, funds, systems, services, equipment, etc.) with the project and achieve project objectives
