Project Catalyst: Lend A Hand India takes an inside-out approach to deepen partnerships with state governments through Project Catalyst. This program supports the state governments by providing quality talent support for technical and program management functions to offer vocational education as part of mainstream education in multiple states. Qualified staff members, trained and employed by Lend A Hand India are embedded within the State department of education to support the state on policy execution.As Officer - Skill Education: My role is to be a part of bridging the critical gap in service provision by building strong teams that can deliver on complex and bold outcomes that defines the systems change. Some of my specific responsibilities are as follows:- To be co-located and to work alongside the government officials at the state, division, and district levels- To prepare a long-term strategic roadmap for project implementation- To draft funding proposals as and when required - To execute the policy implementation on the ground
