My responsibilities at the stated position include also: Providing intercompany technical trainings of installation teams - building specific knowledge and skills in the area of electricalheating systems management and operation Developing strategic long-term relations with partners, key companies, investors and customers Translation of product technical documentation Customer support: resolving customer-specific cases, troubleshooting and repairing hidden faults, technical support on siteand on the phone, complaint handling, analysis of clients’ needs and assistance in choosing the most suitable product.
