As the job I have stayed with the longest, working at KBC has taught me much of what I would need to know to succeed in a stressful environment. I learned valuable lessons such as how to work and communicate efficiently and professionally while keeping a level head in a stressful environment.

I worked as an assistant butcher filling in when certain venues were understaffed while also spend the majority of my time in the Sai Ying Pun and Causeway Bay venues. Here, I was responsible for helping organize, and make most of the cuts displayed at the restaurant. I also provided customer service by taking orders and giving advice on which cuts would suit the desires of the customer.
