Started out with Centex Home Equity dba Nationstar Mortgage. Was laid off 9/27/07 from Appraisal Review Dept and was reinstated 5/12/08 in Appraisal Review Department. My responsibilities as a Appraisal Coordinator is to coordinate the outsourcing and incoming of appraisals to/from outside vendors, communicate with appraisers and vendor management.

Uses computer system to enter, balance, and resolve problems regarding rejected bank account reconciliation items.

Maintain and update customer files, collecting low and high balances, recording payments, communicating with customers. Generating and sending out invoices via fax or mail, account reconciliations, research past due invoices, review aging reports and process adjustments. Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned account, faxing and mailing.

* Responsibilities included cashier, greeter/dispatcher, accounting clerk II, unit office clerk, and commission sales.* Performed duties such as inventory control, cash handling, customer service, refund verification, payroll and journal entry, making travel and meeting arrangements.* Prepared reimbursement summaries, and verification of shipments.
