Responsible for all sustaining engineering activities for existing I/O Connector portfolio (Sub-D, MicroMaTch, CHAMP, Modular Jacks) as well as development of customized test sockets for IC-verification applications. Team activities included; development of product variants, cost reduction programs and support of manufacturing plants in Poland, Germany and India. Strong personal focus on project management activities of the team. Four local direct engineering reports and one in Poland.

Project required use of six sigma tools to improve design, manufacturing processes and measurement equipment.Another project was the development of a mechanical splice for Fiber Optic applications. Engineering activities included: 3D modeling, drafting, documentation and verification testing. Additionally performed the coordination with tooling vendors and development partners. Patents granted.
