A part of the humanitarian mission of The U.S. Refugee Admission Program (USRAP) is to provide resettlement opportunities to especially vulnerable Iraqi Refugees. Since large scale Iraqi refugee processing was announced in February 2007, Department of Homeland Security and Department of State have worked cooperatively to increase the number of Iraqi Refugees admitted to the United States as part of the worldwide commitment.

Coordinated and participated in several Business and Industrial conferences held with Iraqi Officials. Worked with the Provincial Investment Commission in reviewing the Iraqi Investment Law enacted in 2006, made recommendations to modify those articles proven to be as obstacles to western investors.
