Manage the selection of wine and spirits at the downtown Seattle Whole Foods.Key Successes Include:• Growing sales and margin and maintaining inventory in a thousand SKU wine department: • Grew total wine & spirits sales 48%.• Increased total wine margin by 0.45%. • Reduced wine inventory days on hand by 12%.• Established a spirits department in the store in late 2012. Grew spirits sales to $550K in 2014, a 60% increase over 2013. Maintain lowest inventory days on hand in our Pacific Northwest region.• Establishing a “Sips & Bites” in store tasting series.
