Through strategic planning and meticulous execution, I propelled the Taiwan Annual into a globally recognized brand, doubling international artist participation and fostering cross-cultural dialogue. I coordinated an expansive international group exhibition spanning 6 prestigious art spaces across Europe and Asia (Ukraine, Georgia, Russia, India, and Turkey). Ensured unforgettable experiences for the participating artists, I orchestrated a diverse array of gatherings such as salons, forums, and tours, while providing English-Chinese interpretation, facilitating seamless communication across cultural boundaries.Additionally, I spearheaded the development of integration guides for artists and comprehensive learning programmes for a team of 6 interns, ensuring seamless operations while nurturing emerging talent.

I led the management and branding of 17 impactful public art projects, bridging partnerships with private corporations such as art institutions, property development, and the public sector.Working with artists across Europe, US, and Asia, from inception to installation, I orchestrated seamless execution, collaborating closely with curators, artists, and contractors to ensure excellence at every step. Each project bore the hallmark of meticulous artwork installation, infused with our brand identity for heightened visual impact. Moreover, I curated engaging art events and tailored workshop programmes in tandem with local elementary schools, enriching communities with artist-led courses.
