Current- Collaborate on the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of six chatbots across various brands to enhance customer support efficiency, prioritize customer experience, and drive positive ROI.- Enhance and optimize bot interactions, achieving deflection rates of up to 60% for chat support inquiries.- Leverage effective conversational design skills to address customer needs, enabling users to self-service their support inquiries.- Collaborate with a team of bot builders and analysts to continuously refine each chatbot by analyzing key call drivers and identifying opportunities for greater deflection.- Develop and produce reports to monitor KPIs and metrics for customer success teams, regularly presenting findings to stakeholders.- Facilitate weekly and monthly business reviews, delivering detailed analysis on key call drivers, CSAT, BSAT, and the impact of incidents on the support team.- Partner with Product, Content, Marketing, and Engineering teams to enhance the overall user experience.- Leverage API integrations and metadata to create a personalized experience for end users.- Track and improve the responses generated by our large language model, exploring innovative ways to leverage GPT capabilities.
