Selected Accomplishments : Reduced company total recordable case rate by more than 89% and improved proactive measures significantly in the first years of transformation roadmap. Launched behavioral based safety practices. Received RoSPA NEBOSH Health and Safety Silver Award in 2021 as a result of the efforts supported by all leadership and line management. Developed Korozo's Sustainability Strategy and Roadmap along with critical ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Kicked off waste reduction, carbon reduction projects and circular economy partnership initiatives. Received Zero Waste to Landfill and Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) certificates. Completed UN Global Compact's Climate Ambition Accelerator and SDG Ambition Programs, defined carbon emission reduction targets in line with Science Based Target Initiative requirements. Published the first GRI approved Corporate Sustainability Report. Upgraded CDP Climate Change score to B and Ecovadis rating to Silver Medal. Led the implementation of social sustainability initiatives such as Women's Empowerment Principles & The Million Women Mentors Program.

Selected Accomplishments : Worked with clients across Turkey and TMEAP region in a wide range of industries including industrial manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, utilities and FMCG in operational and cultural transformation projects. Led/Worked in major multi-year Process Safety Implementation and Cultural Transformation Projects with clients. Created transformation roadmaps, led projects, delivered various workshops/trainings on safety (including Train the Trainer sessions) and provided on site coaching sessions to various levels of organizations starting from top management as consultant. Selected Accomplishments : All 7 sites, HQ and all departments were ranked to be in excellence level as a result of the regular assessments made based on 13 elements (employee safety + contractor management) of DuPont’s integrated safety management system and more than 1000 days without “accident with lost time” was achieved after reducing the lost time frequency rates by more than %80 in the first years of implementation. Worked as one of global lead auditors and country leader for HSE management system and cultural transformation project with DuPont. Led BU's sustainability initiatives and carbon management as a trained "Danone Carbon Master". Trained to be a crisis management leader by ACYAN, Paris.Responsibilities:- Ensuring compliance to local regulations and Group Danone standards for all industrial sites and other operations in Turkey related to safety, environment, loss prevention, quality and crisis management- Managing safety program with DuPont in 2 BUs for all departments- Developing corporate standards, procedures and tools for HSE- Carrying out internal & external safety audits as a lead auditor- Monitoring performance indicators, making analysis, sharing with top management and developing action plans accordingly- Delivering safety trainings to various levels of organization including leadership trainings- Measuring Carbon Water Footprint and defining action plans to reduce environmental impact, coordinating action plans with other departments- Coordinating best practice network between plants and other CBUs- Ensuring compliance to OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) & ISO 14001 Management Systems- Evaluating the potential crisis cases, coordination of crisis team, planning and tracking actions, coordinating internal and external communications- Preparing Crisis Management Manual, Business Continuity Plan and post crisis analysis- Delivering Crisis Management trainings for Executive Committee- Defining scenarios and executing crisis simulations
