Controlling replenishment solutions, lead times, transport&logistics cost optimization,Control and coordination imports of following brands; The Body Shop, Debenhams, Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridges, Evans, Dorothy Perkins, Next, Peacocks Global inbound and local outbound distribution management of all Shaya Mağazacılık Brands; 7 suppliers, 40 customs declarations per month, Textile, Cosmetics&Accessories products groups. Such as; The Body Shop, Debenhams, Claires etc. 3PL management, Warehouse & Stock Management; Weekly 2-3 trucks inbound receiving, 110 order preparation and x.dock distribution to the 61 stores. Responsible for the accurate picking, staging, auditing and loading of product for stores shuttles,Set up, implement, monitor and monthly report of all 3PL, customs broker, transporter company KPIs

Carrying out negotiations/agreements with potential foreign customers,Preparing cost analysis and relevant documents for shipping and purchasing public tenders,Conducting all Import operations; arranging Land/Sea transportation, payment, insurance and customs formalities,Opening letter of credit,For bulk tonnage/general cargo shipments, Due to Charterers' demand, searching for suitable tonnage and position of a vessel according to specifications, tonnage and other details of cargo, Fixing a dry-cargo vessel after carrying out negotiations between Owners and Charterers,

Preparation of company and sector research reports in order to give stock recommendations by analyzing the financial statements and evaluating the company shares, Analysis of Financial Statements, Detailed Balance Sheets and Footnotes, Profit and Loss Statements and Cash Flow Charts, Evaluation of Company Shares for Initial Public Offering (IPO) Due to Stock Recommendations, preparing company and sector research reports, such as telecommunications, energy, conglomerates, tourism, beer and construction, Preparation of Daily and Weekly Bulletins
