• Coordinates service resources.• Assigns team members to project• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.• Plans business trips.• Purchases needed OEM and non-OEM parts for service projects.• Controls technician's worksheets and expense reports.• Coordinates service jobs with Business Partners in Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.• Generates Work Order Documents, dispatches technicians, and notifies customers.• Responsible for customer interaction/satisfaction• Interacts and communicates with Service Operation Leader and HVAC Field Technician • Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians• Reviews project paperwork, complete calls, and forwards project paperwork to Service Sales Engineers and Service Quotation Engineers.• Executes and checks job site audits provided by technicians, take necessary actions around high risk job sites.• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.• Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system.• Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports.• Communicates effectively with other team members concerning problems, obstacles, issues, and information needs.• Controls monthly WIP Project Reports and communicates with Finance Team• Processes invoices and validates according to project contract documentation.

Effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime and unnecessary repair costs.Minimise equipment under repair and awaiting inspection.Analyse requirements and plan repairs within a short time frame.Prioritise open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines using standard times and expected driving times.Ensure effective communication of technicians activities internally.Grow and increase service sales to exceed regional sales forecasts and margins.Identify and develop new Customer Support Agreement(CSA) opportunities and sales.Produce efficient, reliable and cost effective service schedules to meet contractual obligations and customer needs.Writes technical reports (including relevant data, analysis and photographs) for customers and Caterpillar.Customer satisfaction externally and internal.Multi Resource Scheduling.

Support the service engineers and technicians in their communication with customers.Ensure complete documentation for maintenance work, time sheets and work orders.
