• Elicit business requirements and explicate functional and non-functional requirements by conducting document analysis, requirements workshops, and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.• Communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze business needs.• Collaborate closely with colleagues to generate and complete requirement management plan documents (RMPs) utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Create and develop user stories and acceptance criteria that directly support the business requirements and are appropriate size for iterative development.• Monitor projects through the Software development life cycle (SDLC) using the Agile/SCRUM methodology.• Improve business process, technology, and development of new business solutions.• Generate functional requirements and use cases from business requirements using Waterfall methodology.• Create traceability between functional requirements and use cases.• Perform SQL Query to identify issues with data tables for effective communication with the developers.• Develop clear, specific, and testable acceptance criteria for hand-off to QA.• Develop test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with the Product owner and user proxies.• Develop artifacts like process flow, mock-up, and use case diagrams.• Perform sprint demos during completion of sprints.• Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery. • Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
