Raikastamo is small agile company producing organic beverages. I was responsible for revenue creation and all key accounts like SOK, Kesko, Horeca and our export clients. I was in charge of planning and executing sales field activities in Kesko stores together with external field sales team. In a small company I was also closely involved in product development projects and developing the business processes like EDI and CRM.

I managed my own company in close cooperation with four small cheese dairies. I acted as their agent / sales representative and generated sales in retail stores. I interacted with store managers actively and introduced sales proposals, new products and campaigns on behalf of my clients: Jukolan Juusto, Vaalan Juustola, Peltolan Juustola and Kuusamon Juusto.

South Finland

Kuusamon Juusto started in February 2013 from basis of an old company Juustokaira, who was a subcontractor for Valio and Arla. Company had no marketing nor sales experience and our sales team started from ground zero. In one year we were able to get our products into 90% of Finnish retail shops and turnover for retail cheese products generated 17M€.I worked as Sales Manager in South- and West-Finland. I made campaign offers for regional shop groups and chains, acquired new customers and procured more shelf space and campaignes for Kuusamo products.

Organic Health Oy is a rapidly growing Finnish organic food wholesaler, who imports and packs organic products for retail and catering sectors. (Nuts & dried fruit, spices, drinks, tea)I worked as the sales manager, being responsible for planning and executing all sales andmarketing activities. I also acted as support for the acquisition manager when finding newproducers and products. I managed to get several new products to nationwide selection ofSOK stores and in Pirkanmaa region we received special shelf spaces in all Prisma stores.During my time the sales increased from 1M€ in 2011 to 1,7M€ in 2013.

Vauhditus.fi was a new type of a sales channel which I invented to serve sales people andbuyers in food industry. Site was developed to betaphase and was in use generating sales,but had to be run down as we were unable to find financing to take business to new level.We had three people working full time and as CEO of the company I was in charge offinances and economics, sales to large clients and site development.

I worked as a sales rep in Helsinki and Tampere regions. My duties were annual negotiationswith shop managers, acquiring shelf space, POS product launches and campaigns andgenerally maintaining good customer relationships. I spent a lot of time in various publicfood exhibitions and trade shows. I also had two workers, who product sampling in shops. I was responsible for making their schedules and sales.

I first worked Stockholm, handling the goods flow to Finland. Later I moved to Helsinki where I worked in sales backoffice providing sales support. As Sales Coordinator I was in charge of logistics chain of fresh dairy products and Castello cheeses to Finnish market. From production planning to delivery to retail shop. I was always involved in planning the marketing activities and product launches. I also worked closely with Key Account Managers and their clients regarding logistics and sales estimates ensuring product availability in all situations.
