Coordinated clinical validation activities of the brain stimulation system at collaborating neurosurgery clinics in Europe. Authored the clinical validation reports submitted to FDA during the successful 510(k) process. Designed and wrote software for conceptual testing and modeling for a neurosurgery planning application. Wrote software and hardware specifications and user requirements for R&D projects. Defined stimulation protocols based on clinical user requirements. Collaborated with sales and marketing team on identifying improvement opportunities and unmet customer needs for the existing product portfolio.

Developed methods to target image-guided transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) based on anatomical connectivity. Engineered a computer-guided measurement, digital signal analysis and auditory stimulation system for intracranial EEG/ERP measurement in anesthetized animals under pharmaceutical manipulation. Created measurement and analysis protocols to study white matter development in preterm newborns with diffusion-tensor MRI. Created measurement and analysis protocols to investigate structural changes in cerebral white matter of adult patients with severe depression. Created measurement and analysis protocols to study functional and structural relationships of cerebral attention and memory networks using combined fMRI and diffusion-tensor MRI.
