In a mission to combine art, graphical design with behavioral sciences, change management and strategy. The purpose of graphical design is to affect peoples attitudes, decisions and behavior. Berry Creative will help customers clarify what is the desired change, how to influence people towards that change and design award winning art & graphical design to support that. Awesome!

After 25 years of working life and 20 years in Management and three CEO positions, I decided to do something different. I believe that decision making and behavioral sciences are main skills needed in 2020's, so I will be ready for that. It will be an interesting year. In Finnish: I will 'Päätöksentekotieteiden maisteri', there are not so many in Finland!

I was responsible of Qentinel's Quality Assurance business in Finland. My main task is profitable growth. In addition, I have responsibility in Qentinel Group to implement management coaching and agile management practices.

Qentinel is Finlands leading Quality assurance service provided for ICT industry. I was responsible for consulting organization, performance if customer assignments and steering group practices. Overall, including subcontractors, we have 100 professionals in customer assignments

Responsibilities: As Operations Director I was responsible of operations, IT, supply chain management and management of subcontracted manufacturing. I was also responsible of Ekahau’s Hong Kong office.Achievements: I was able to raise delivery accuracy to 100% and to lower manufacturing cost by 20%. I was also able to secure supply of critical low power Wi-Fi chip for Ekahau’s future products

Responsibilities: As a co-founder and Managing Direct I was responsible of establishing the company and making company profitable. I was also directly responsible of finance, legal, IT, sales and marketing.Achievements: My main achievement was to win pilot project for City of Helsinki and to win several consulting deals. The company made a profit from the very beginning.

Responsibilities: As Managing Director I had P&L responsibility of over 10MEur business with over 20% profit. I was also responsible of Satel’s biggest ever R&D investment worth over 1MEur/year. Responsibilities: I held several engineering and project management positions during my time at Planar. I was also responsible of transferring ALD technology to USA and developing new process for electroluminescent displaysAchievements: I was able to develop a thin film process for EL displays that is still in use after 20 years. I also transferred successfully ALD technology to USA during my 2 years in USA.
