I´m responsible of all finance related responsibilities regarding BEWI RAW Oy and Bewi Cabee Oy. Monthly closing and reporting, rolling forecasting, cash planning, annual closing and budgeting incl. 3 y. planning are the focus areas. Banks, auditors, credit insurance companies, suppliers, trade register and tax authorities are part of my core interfaces. ERP project has also been implemented during 2022 and my related role and responsibility as a key user has been substantial.

I was heading finance function in Stora Enso’s Wood Products -division’s Building Components and Systems -unit, which consisted of several different businesses. Each of these businesses had a P&L responsibility. Also each business had their own business controller who reported directly to me. The main target and also the license to operate was to increase the top line substantially while keeping or increasing the profitability during the strategy period in each of the business. Strategy and business planning and growth support incl. investment planning with M&A opportunities were my core deliverables together with monthly reporting and rolling forecast planning. Also since the unit was set from a new business operational angle I also performed change management executions from business partner perspective.

Espoo, Finland

I was responsible of several global sales teams´ finance: Sales Operations, Technical Sales and BtoB. All these functions have different roles but in finance point have similarities in their focus areas: ROI related way of working, customer centric approach and ensuring the global practices are aligned into the markets. I was the main process point driver for the executions. Also in decision making point did carry the responsibility of aligning the practicalities between the functions incl. sales units and regions.

Espoo, Finland

I was responsible for Sales Operations´ and Technical Sales´ functions´ finance and worked as a finance business partner with longer horizon decisions as well as with tactical executions. In Sales Operations I was also the global deployment manager for the pricing structure related operations when a renewed company wide pricing structure was launched. I developed scorecards and participated in decision making regarding product variants, which were improving cost efficiency on company level substantially. I was a member of the functions’ leadership teams and thus actively took part in strategic decision making.
