Since my childhood, my interests in computers and technology has lead me to the field of Information Technology. I became a kind of IT staff member of my family and people around me when they consulted me about their problems. My constant curiosity about things and my desire to learn by researching contributed a lot to me in these matters. Especially in these areas, I tried to do my technical knowledge and skills by first researching "How can I do?" in my own problems and I succeeded in most of them. In my first experience in area of IT, I trained myself in hardware and basic electrical-electronics. I have been in all stages from start to finish of touchscreen sales computers that we have prepared for sale. I was involved in the assembly of computer equipment, the assembly of computers and touch screens on the device body, and the production of cables used in the communication of scales, printers and customer screens of other equipment. During the assembly and connection stages, I used a soldering machine and equipment for various cutting, drilling and assembly processes. At the same time, by providing on-site and remote installation support of the computers produced, I provided end-user support by providing support for the problems they experienced. My second experience also helped me a lot to improve myself and learn new things. As a system support specialist, LC Waikiki, Tab Gıda, Mavi, Koton, Penti, Nautica, Karaca, Gratis, Rosmann, Petrol Ofisi, Türkiye Ekonomi Bankası, Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, IT equipments within the scope of ''Field Services'' of leading brands in Turkey. I have been in maintenance, repair and support. In addition, as a "Local IT" personnel in the office locations of global and high-level companies such as Louis Vuitton, Bosch Siemens Hausgerate Turkey, Reckitt Benckiser, LyondellBasell and Elekta within the scope of "Outsource Services", local and foreign personnel and senior managers in the IT field. I provided end-user support in terms of meeting their demands and solving their problems.
